We ship all non-customized orders within 1-2 business days of your purchase. All customized and orders (including personalization) are shipped within 2-6 business days of purchase. From that point, depending on your area, it can take anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks with our regular shipping option. If you are in a rush, you may choose expedited or expresspost shipping to have it guaranteed to be there within 5 business days. Our express option is only available to Canadian and US delivery destinations at this time.

How much does shipping cost?
We have a flat rate of $5 for orders shipping to Canada or USA. Or you may choose to upgrade your shipping to Expedited with tracking for $15, or Xpresspost with tracking for $20 if you wish to receive your order sooner. All of our international orders have a flat rate of $20 and are shipped via regular air mail.
How will my online order be packaged for shipping?
We ship all online orders in a stay-flat packs, bubble wrap packages or boxes, depending on the product. Each leather bib will include a hang tag which explains the product care instructions, features and a TO: and FROM: and message section, perfect for gift-giving! Our baby moccasins will arrive in an adorable gift box, wrapped with tissue.
If I buy a bib as a gift for someone else, how will they know it is from me?
All bibs, shoes and soother clips are shipped with packaging or tag that contains a spot where a "to:" and "from:" is entered when we fill out your order. During the checkout process you can specify the to-and-from if your purchase is being made as a gift. This way the gift-getter will always know who it is sending it to them.

Our online orders ship via Canada Post and / or USPS.
Do Mally Bibs stain?
No, we've done numerous stain tests on all colors of leather that we use. As long as you follow our care instructions, they will not stain, guaranteed!
Do you make bibs for older children or adults?
Our concept is perfect for children with disabilities and even seniors! We do not offer this at this time, however we consider all custom requests, so please use our contact form to submit requests.
How large are the Toddler size bibs compared to the Baby size?
The baby size, ideal for average children ages 6 months to 36 months, measures approximately 10.75 inches or 27 cm from top to bottom, and 8.5 inches or 21.5 cm from side to side. The circumference of the neck is approximately 11 inches or 28 cm when adjusted to the largest size. The Toddler size, ideal for average children ages 1 year to 4 years old, measures approximately 12.5 inches or 31.5 cm from top to bottom and 9 inches or 23 cm from side to side. The circumference of the neck is approximately 13 inches or 33 cm when adjusted to the largest size.
How often do you design new bibs?
At Mally Designs we are constantly innovating! At this time, we add new designs annually, around mid-August. All of our new designs are based on current trends and top customer requests. I have seen your cards framed, what size frame do they require?
Our leather applique Art Cards measure 5.5 inches or 14 cm square. The frames you see on our site are the Ribba frames from Ikea that measure 14 x 14 x 4.5 cm.
I love the design of a certain bib, but not the colors. Can I request a custom order to change the colors?
Absolutely! It's because of requests like this that we added our custom bib studio. Any of our bib designs can be made in any of our color combinations. It's the perfect way to design a unique bib as a gift for someone special.
Where does the name Mally Bibs come from?
'Mally' comes from the name Malia, who at 10 months was the inspiration for the design of a better baby bib.

Absolutely! mallydesigns.com uses Payfirma, a leading mobile and e-commerce credit card payment processing firm in North America. When making a payment, you are transferred directly to the Payfirma website so as to be protected by their security. This way, your financial information need not be stored on our server before going to the bank. This greatly decreases your risk of exposure.
What currency will I be charged in and will there be any duty or tax on my order?
You will be charged in CAD or USD depending on your billing address. If your billing address is located in Canada, you will be charged in Canadian dollars, and you will be charged tax based on the provincial tax rate of the province in which you are shipping to. If your billing address is in the United States or a country other than Canada, you will be charged in USD and you will not be charged any tax. Depending on the country you are shipping to, duties may or may not apply. We know from experience that there is no duty when shipping to the United States.
